The Columbus Jobs Foundation, the volunteer economic development arm of Columbus County, recently received tax returns.
In the spirit of transparency, those tax returns are posted here. One is for the Columbus Jobs Foundation, the 501-C-3 organization, and the Columbus Job Foundation, which is a 501-C-6 and is responsible for operation of the industrial park and administering a revolving loan fund.
We are happy to answer any questions. Contact Chairman Les High or Treasurer Henry Edmund.
Note that the organizations changed their tax years this year from year-end June 30 to Dec. 31 to better reflect the organizations’ calendar year-end meeting and fundraising efforts.
